Don’t know what this lady’s deal is as she’s always in a bad mood. Always so aggressive with everything. Feel bad for new customers when they walk in. Always lashes out at them for not having an appointment. Like how is that their fault? You’re better off going to the one down the street
I'd give them a negative star if I could. I walked up in there and just got stared at by mexicans, the lady cutting hair said right away.."we don't have barbers". Mind you I'm black. I told her well it look like you cutting hair to me. She started talking to me in Spanish and a girl translated and said they only do simple haircuts. Racism has no place in this country.
Took my two kids for haircut first of all she's rude as soon as you walk in the door very unprofessional. My kid left crying because she was very aggressive while moving his head. She told me to look at the pictures to pick a haircut and didn't give me friendly advice just pretty straight forward and rude. I paid 40 dollas for 2 boys haircuts witch I think is overpriced for the work she did. Never going back for sure definitely 0 starts.
